He has over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry. He was born in Syracuse, New York and graduated from Tarkio College in Missouri. After college he started his hospitality career with Red Lobster opening over a dozen restaurants in the northeast. He continued his career managing fast food, fine dining restaurants, chain restaurants and was a management-training director and a regional director. He entered the hotel business as a food &amp; beverage director, became a controller and then general manager. In 1998 he received the Cecil B. Day Community Service National Award for community service for Days Inns.</p>
<p>Rich is responsible for overseeing all company properties and was instrumental in helping our hotels with the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City along with the 2005 Super Bowl in Jacksonville. Brand experience includes InterContinental Hotels (Holiday Inn &amp; Suites, Holiday Inn Express &amp; Suites, Staybridge Suites), Hilton (Hampton Inn &amp; Suites), Choice (Sleep Inn, Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites), Best Western and Wyndham.</p>
<p>Rich’s background also includes the acquisition and sale of several properties in various states including Utah, Florida and California.<br />
Rich has certifications in both hotel (CHA) and food and beverage (CFBE) along with being a Certified Pool Operator and has his Serv Safe Certification (National Restaurant Association).</p>
<p>In 1996 Rich was honored by becoming an Olympic Torch Bearer for the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics.</p>

Brown, long-time friends and business associates, co-founded the Super 8 Motels System in 1973 and opened the company’s first motel in Aberdeen, South Dakota, on October 1, 1974.  Ron was also the founder of Super 8 Builders, Inc., Super 8 Management, Inc., Midwest Motel Supply, Inc., and Super 8 Aviation, Inc., all support companies of the original Super 8 corporation.  In April of 1993 The Rivett Group, L.L.C., was formed and in May 1993, the 1,000+ property franchise portion of Super 8 Motels, Inc., was sold to Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, formerly Cendant Corporation, Inc., formerly HFS Brands, Inc.  At the time of the sale, The Rivett Group, L.L.C., retained ownership of 49 motel properties.</p>
<p>Ron is currently the Chairman of the Board of The Rivett Group, L.L.C., a franchisee of Super 8 Motels, Inc. and Intercontinental Hotels Group, with hotels located in MN, SD, and WY.  He is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Super 8 Motel Developers, Inc. with 40-plus hotels located in DE, MD, NC, VA and WV.  He is also a partner/owner in RGW Development, RGB Development, WRG Development, Super 8 Developers II, R&amp;R Rivett Investments, L.L.C., Rivett Family Investments, L.L.C., Rivett Family Management, L.L.C., Louisa Lodging, L.L.C., Sitka Super 8 Motel, Inc., Utah Hospitality, L.L.C. and Utah Hospitality II, L.L.C. with motels/hotels located throughout the United States.</p>
<p>Ron graduated from Northern State University with a degree in business in 1963 and received an honorary “Doctorate of Humane Letters” from NSU in 1990.</p>

Rivett is Vice President of Development for Utah Hospitality II, L.L.C. a hospitality development and management company headquartered in Aberdeen, South Dakota, with primary operations in Salt Lake City, Utah.  As Vice President of Development, Ryan oversees the development and construction management of hospitality and commercial projects in Utah.</p>
<p>Ryan serves as Managing Member of the Paramount Estates Group of companies including Paramount Estates, LLC, Paramount Estates II, LLC and Paramount Estates III, LLC.  The Paramount Estates Companies’ primary focus is developing, owning and operating residential rental properties.  As Managing Member Ryan oversees all of the operations and management of the 134 apartment units owned and operated by Paramount Estates including development, construction, financing, management, and maintenance.</p>
<p>Ryan is also Vice President of Legacy Builders, Inc., a South Dakota general contractor specializing in apartment and hospitality construction.  As Vice President Ryan oversees all phases of projects in progress, and coordinates procurements, schedules, and subcontracts with project managers and superintendents in the field.</p>
<p>Ryan graduated with a degree in Business Management from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jeff A. Stockert is a CPA and is President and CEO from 1993 to present of Utah Hospitality, L.L.C. and Utah Hospitality II, L.L.C. (both referred to as “Utah”), both located in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  Utah is and has been the developer and operator of numerous limited service hotels throughout the United States including South Dakota, Ohio, Florida, Utah and California.  In his position Jeff is responsible for each hotel development from start to finish including site selection and acquisition, project financing, project development and construction, financial analysis and hotel operations once the hotel has opened.</p>
<p>Simultaneously, Jeff has served as Executive Vice President, Finance &amp; Development for The Rivett Group, L.L.C. since 1993.  Prior to that he served for five years as Director of Corporate Finance for Super 8 Motels, Inc., franchisor for Super 8 Motels internationally.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Super 8 Motels, Inc. he practiced public accounting in both tax and audit functions for five years, the last two of which were primarily as an auditor of hotel development companies and limited partnerships.  Jeff has developed more than 20 hotel and land development projects.  For the past ten years most all of the new development projects involved a flag of such primary franchisors as Intercontinental Hotels Group (the Holiday Inn family of brands), Hilton Hotels or Choice Hotels International.</p>
